Its not wireless without separate adaptor,
A quick fresh-out-of-the-box review:
Great next-day delivery and i was able to get everything setup and working in a matter of minutes. Picture looks great and sound is good.
My only gripe so far is that this television is advertised as being wireless (I was expecting an internal antenna like the Wii). No such luck. When you go to the network configuration options you are informed that you need to have a wireless adaptor Samsung WIS09ABGN WiFi Link Stick. a bit disappointing to say the least.

|Good Buy,
There were just two reviews on Amazon when we purchased this TV. One was very critical and the other a bit negative and so it was a poor start. On the other hand we regard Samsung as being a quality brand and we have experienced Amazon’s famous “no argument” approach to customer complaints.
There was nothing to worry about. We are very pleased with all aspects of this model and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. The HD quality is really superb.
We do have just one critical comment. We were surprised by the degree of physical force that was required to fit the stand and were fearful that we might have caused some damage in the process.

|Poor Move By Samsung,
The tv was faulty it turned itself off every 3 minutes. Besides this i wasn’t impressed by the downgrade made from the c580 to the d580. The d580 had a mstar processor which isn’t as good as the valencia which is in the c580’s.This causes the menus to appear slower and move slower than on the c580. It also means the tv’s picture quality has been downgraded. It isn’t poor but it’s not as good as the c580’s I have decided to go for a lg ld490 next because its the same as this tv processor wise. How ever it will be better or at least as good as this d580 but for around £100 less at time of review. I also wasn’t happy that they replaced the glass stand with a plastic one.
Simply put try to get the c580 while you can ! They have lowered the build and standard of this model. There may be a processor lottery like there is on the c530. It means buying the c530 would probally give you a better picture quality than the d580. The c580 is far better and costs less than this one ! The lg is far better value than this set,but isn’t as good as the c580. I feel samsung have been cheeky for the price you have to pay. (£[] at time of review)
I hope you consider all your options before you waste £100 for a slighly better design over the LG’s current range.
Simply grab a C580 if you can !
I have only gave it 2 stars because of the above.
